Race numbers & entries

How do I receive my race number?

Race numbers are always posted in advance of the event. If you have a question about delivery, contact admin@futuresportsevents.com with your event name and booking reference.

What if I change address after entering?

Update your address through Eventrac as soon as possible to ensure your race number is sent to the correct address.

Can I defer my entry?

We offer deferrals on most of our events. Where deferrals are available, information and instructions are generally sent to runners around two weeks before race day.

Can I transfer my entry to another runner?

Entries can be transferred to another runner where permitted. There is a £10 administration fee for name changes and transfers.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Please read the Future Sports Events Terms & Conditions for the full refund and cancellation policy. Your entry confirmation also contains the conditions for your event.

Planning your race day

Where do I find the Race Guide?

Your individual event page will link to its Race Guide when published, normally around two weeks before race day. Use it for confirmed event-specific information.

Where should I park and when should I arrive?

Event-specific parking, travel and recommended arrival information will be included in your individual Race Guide, normally available around two weeks before race day.

What time does the race start? Are there start pens or waves?

The published start time is shown on your event page. Start times, recommended arrival times and information about start pens or waves will be included in the individual Race Guide, available around two weeks before the event.

Are toilets provided?

Yes. Toilets are provided within the Event Village or start and finish area at our events.

Is medical support available?

Professional medical support is provided at all Future Sports events, with medical provision available around the route and at the finish line.

Taking part

Can I wear headphones?

Headphone rules are subject to UK Athletics rules and the requirements of the individual event and course. The relevant policy will be confirmed in the event information and Race Guide.

What is the minimum age?

Minimum ages follow the relevant UK Athletics rules for the race distance. Where applicable, the minimum age is displayed on the individual event page. Check the entry conditions before booking.

Can I run with a dog, buggy or pushchair?

No. Our events and insurance arrangements do not permit runners to participate with dogs, buggies or pushchairs.

Contact our team before entering so we can discuss the specific course, facilities and the support you need.

After the finish

Where can I find my race photos?

Race photography is provided at our events. Details and links to event photographs will be published following the race on our Results & Photos page.

Where can I find my results?

Visit Results & Photos for official timing links. Check the event name, distance and edition before searching for your result.
