RACE-DAY HELP.
How do I receive my race number?
Race numbers are always posted in advance. If you change address after entering, update your address through Eventrac as soon as possible so your number reaches the correct address.
Can I defer or transfer my entry?
We offer deferrals on most events. Where available, instructions are generally sent around two weeks before race day. Transfers to another runner are permitted where the event allows them; name changes and transfers carry a £10 administration fee.
What are the rules for taking part?
Dogs, buggies and pushchairs are not permitted. Headphone rules depend on UK Athletics requirements and your individual course; check your Race Guide. Minimum ages follow the relevant UK Athletics distance rules and the entry conditions.
Where can I find more answers?
Our Help Centre covers travel, race numbers, medical support, photography, toilets, refunds and more.
